Skirt Steak Salad w/ Blue Cheese
Today, we are sharing a recipe for a little something we threw together on a week night to get the whole family around the table.

Cross Bar C Skirt Steak
½ cup liquid Aminos or soy sauce
½ cut balsamic vinegar
Garlic, Salt and pepper
Your favorite salad greens & toppings.
Marinate 30 minutes to 1-hour. Prepare a gas grill for high heat cooking or direct-heat cooking over hot charcoal Grill steak, turning once, 4 to 6 minutes total for medium-rare.
Build Your Salad:
Lay down a bed of salad greens and top with shredded carrots, chopped tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, thinly sliced red onion and blue cheese crumbles.
We dressed our salad with a homemade balsamic vinaigrette.
