Beef pot pie is a comfort food for me so when Christian decided to try this recipe for Beef, Mushroom and Guinness Pie I was definitely on board.The results were amazing. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing it's as delicious as it looks. This hearty and comforting dish was everything I hoped it would be and more. Of course, Christian had some "tweaks" to the recipe he added a pie pastry crust on the bottom. He also added carrots and potatoes.
