Chili From The Cross Bar C Kitchen

At Cross Bar C we love our chili! And when cool evenings turn to warm evenings, we trade in our bowls of chili for chili dogs! We highly recommend this super simple recipe and upgrading with our premium ground beef.





Cross Bar C Chili Recipe


1lb Cross Bar C ground beef

2 can diced tomatoes

1 small can green chili’s

1 large onion

¼ bell pepper

2 cups water

½ tsp ground cumin

1 TBSP chili powder

Salt, Pepper and garlic powder to taste


Brown ground meat and drain if necessary. Dice onion and sauté until clear. Place onions and ground meat in medium size slow cooker or medium pot. Add diced tomatoes, green chili, bell pepper, water and seasonings. Simmer over low heat until flavors blend and chili reaches desired consistency 3-4 hours.


Layer on with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
