Marinades From The Cross Bar C Kitchen

This week we are bringing you two of our favorite marinades that will surely elevate your Cross Bar C Deridder beef. These marinades are easily customizable to your family's tastes.

Taco Tuesday (and every day)!

First up is our Mexican inspired marinade that we use almost weekly for taco salad, fajitas, rice bowls, barbacoa and more. Try it out and let us know what you think!


Mexican Inspired Marinade

1 tbsp chili powder 2 tsp cumin 1 tsp garlic powder ½ tsp paprika ½ tsp cayenne ½ tsp black pepper 2 tsp oregano 1 ½ tbsp of salt

1 tbsp coffee grounds 6 oz pineapple juice 1 oz of lime juice 2 oz of soy sauce 1 oz Worcestershire sauce 1 oz white vinegar ¼ cup olive oil




Clean out the fridge with a stir fry!

Next up is our Asian inspired marinade that we use anytime we have leftover veggies that need to be eaten. This marinade comes together quickly and can be used on many of our beef cuts.

Asian Inspired Marinade

1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tsp ground ginger ¼ tsp cayenne 2 tsp sesame oil ½ cup soy sauce 6 oz pineapple juice 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar ¼ cup olive oil
