Billie J Phalen submitted a simple and easy recipe using Cross Bar C ribs. We can't wait to try this recipe out in our test kitchen!
Oven Roasted Ribs

Cross Bar C Deridder Ribs
Dry Rub of choice
Season ribs all over with your choice of dry rub. Place them in a cast-iron skillet, cover it with foil and place it in the oven at 220 degrees for 4 hours. Remove the foil and turn the heat up to 275 degrees for one hour.
"...I pulled them out and split the ribs. They are fall off the bone melt in your mouth ribs. Juicy full of flavor. They made a great grab and snack food while we loaded up Barbara Lovelace Miller for her return trip back to California. What a great visit we had."
